Digital vouchers – no cancellation once supplied
Our vouchers are digital products and are made available immediately after purchase (shown on screen in your user area and sent by email).
By completing your order, you request immediate supply of the digital voucher and you acknowledge that you will lose your statutory 14-day right to cancel once the voucher is supplied.
This does not affect your legal rights. If your voucher is faulty, not received, or not as described, please contact us with as much information about the issue as possible and we will work with the cinema partner to resolve the issue and provide an appropriate remedy.
We provide booking instructions with all vouchers. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or for valid, working vouchers that have been supplied and remain usable, including where issues arise from not following the booking instructions. Always remember that unused vouchers can still be redeemed until their expiry date.
Please note: depending on the cinema booking system, if you enter a voucher code but do not complete the booking (for example, if the page crashes or you click “back”), the voucher may be temporarily locked for up to 20 minutes before it can be used again.
If you purchased the wrong voucher type, contact us as soon as possible. If the voucher has not been used, we may be able to void it and process a refund so you can purchase the correct voucher (this depends on the cinema supplier’s system and whether the voucher can be cancelled).
Once you have used your voucher to book cinema tickets, the booking is made with the cinema and any cancellation or changes are subject to the cinema’s terms and conditions.
